Look who got their act together in advance and made a weekly meal plan. I was so excited about trying some new recipes I sat down Friday afternoon and decided on the dinners I was making this week and wrote out my grocery list. I don’t normally try all new recipes in one week (or ever for that matter) but this week I am feeling ambitious. Like I mentioned in my post on Friday, I am eager to try new meals in the kitchen and start making a dent in my long long list of recipes to try. I can’t promise that I will be posting our meal plans every week but I would like to do it every now and then. Please feel free to leave me some of your favorite dinner ideas in the comments section below.

The recipes calls for fava beans but I am using edamame in it’s place
Monday- Skinnytaste Kung Pao Chicken Zoodles
Wednesday- Healthy Mushroom Alfredo Pasta Bake from Pinch of Yum
* I am adding sausage links from the freezer.
Thursday- Thai Coconut Chicken Soup- Recipe coming soon
Friday – Leftovers
Saturday- Leftovers or take-out
