Favorites From The Week

Since yesterday was a Recipe Redux day I’m posting my usual favorites from the week post today. I know, a post on the weekend. Who am I? I really like reading and sharing these post so when I’m able to find the time to prepare them I like to do so. Have a great weekend and Happy Reading!

This toast is perfect for lunch or a quick and easy no fuss dinner.

With my obsession of all things BLT related right now I want to give Tempeh Bacon a shot.

We have a crazy amount of tomatoes on our counter right now just waiting to be used so I’m thinking this pasta dish is going to be on the menu for this weekend. It looks so fresh and flavorful.

I received this cookbook from my husband for my birthday a few weeks ago and I have loved sitting down and going through it. It’s full of beautiful photos and I love how its divided into sections with a full menu based on what kind of gathering you are looking to host. I have always considered Sundays to be family day and since I’ve known my husband he knows how important being with family is to me, especially on Sundays. There’s a whole lot of meaning behind him giving me this book and it’s now one of my favorites in my large collection of cookbooks.
