Friday Favorites

Happy Happy Friday and Happy Labor Day weekend. Any fun plans? We’re planning to say good-bye to summer in the best way possible with a kite festival, a trip to the pool, and filling up on all our favorite Summery foods. However, I’m making a slow transition in to Fall by cooking up a batch of pumpkin cookies this weekend and I already picked up some Honeycrisp Apples. I can’t help myself. It’s a mix of Good-Bye Summer and Hello Fall kind of weekend. Here’s a look at a few things from around the web this week.

This kind of snack never get old. I will be giving these a try next week.

I finished  this book this week and I haven’t stopped thinking about it since. It’s similar to The Girl on The Train and Gone Girl and will keep you on your toes till the very end. I was not expecting this book to end the way it did and As I was finishing the other night I came to the last page, and after reading it twice, I turned to my husband and all I could say was “Wow”. Seriously, this book is a must read.
