Holiday Brunch Menu

With the holidays upon us many of us are planning menus, whether it be for a small weeknight gathering with friends, a brunch or a traditional holiday dinner. If your anything like me I’m always looking for ideas when it comes to planning out a menu,  especially when I find myself making the same things year after year. On Christmas morning we gather at my parents house for brunch while we exchange gifts with my parents and my brother’s family. It’s very casual as we sip coffee and Mimosas and sit back and watch as my dad plays Santa and the excitement fills the air from three very excited kids. Growing up Christmas morning was to rushed for us to sit down and have a big breakfast so I really love this new tradition of having brunch together as our family dynamics have changed. The morning is much less hurried and we have time to sit down and truly enjoy Christmas and time with each other.
