Good Morning and happiest of Fridays. Any big plans for the weekend? We’ve never been big into going out to eat for Valentines Day and instead like to stay in and cook a nice dinner at home. Jason has volunteered to do the cooking this year and I requested that he make his famous short ribs to serve over a parsnip puree. (Recipe similar to this one). It’s so good and since we don’t have it often it always feels like such a treat. Sitting back and letting someone else do the cooking is always a treat too so I am 100% content with our plans to stay in. Other than that we are hoping to finish decorating the nursery and getting a few more things done around the house. I hope you all have a wonderful and relaxing weekend.
