Cinco de Mayo Recipe Ideas

We don’t eat Mexican very often out at restaurants but it’s a cuisine we all enjoy and something I do make pretty often at home for my family. Cinco de Mayo is this Thursday and I’ll take any excuse I can to celebrate, especially when copious amounts of chips, salsa, guacamole and margaritas are not only acceptable but encouraged. In case your still in need of some recipe inspiration to join in on the festivities this week, I’ve put together some of my favorite Mexican inspired dishes from the blog. Let me know if you give any of them a try.

Both of those dressings sound amazing and would be a nice change for salads!
