Friday Favorites: 11/18/16

Good morning friends. Both my kids were hit with a stomach bug this week so I’m hoping to start this weekend off on a healthy note. We are currently in a drought here in Charlotte, along with 35 other North Carolina counties.Over 46,000 acres have been torched by wildfires in the NC mountains, mostly from man-made causes like debris burning and arson. Due to these fires Charlotte was under a code red air quality this week from the strong smell of smoke hanging in the air. I have friends and family members being affected by this much more than we are and my prayers go out to everyone who has lost their homes and land from this. Certainly not a favorite from the week but I ask that you send well wishes and positive vibes to our beloved mountains.

I can’t believe we are less than a week away from Thanksgiving. Let the holiday season commence. In true Friday fashion here are some of my favorites from this week.
Have a wonderful weekend.
