Friday Favorites: 11/20/17

Good morning. It’s been a good week over here with sunshine, warmer weather, lunch dates and lots of playtime. Since Jason had Monday off Scottie and I met my best friend and her little girl for a pedicure (just polish for the little ones) and lunch afterwards. It was so nice to catch up with my friend and get a little quality time with my girl. The temperature got up to 70 degrees on Wednesday so Parker and I took a nice long walk outside then later Scottie and I had a tea party outside while Parker napped. Sadly though, the sunshine has already moved out and rain has taken it’s place for the next few days. I need to come up with some rainy day activities to keep us busy. All suggestions are welcome.
I hope you all have wonderful weekend.

Greek yogurt Banana Bread (vegan)

I’m not familiar with Ethiopian food but have been wanting to give it a try. This lentil dish looks like a good place to start.

I’ve heard great things about this soup from Ina Garten

I’m making a batch of these veggie nuggets this weekend for my kids to eat on next week.
