Happy New Year! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season. We certainly did but as always it went by much to fast. We spent New Years in the mountains where we got to see an unexpected but welcome snow fall and I more or less spent 4 days in my pajamas. It was the most relaxing way to end 2017 and we left feeling recharged and ready for the new year.

It’s been a while since I shared a favorites post and I feel like I have so much to catch up on from my lack of blogging towards the end of last year. Now that the culinary nutrition program and the holidays are over, I have more time on my hands and I’m excited to get back to sharing recipes and such again. Since we have no plans for the weekend I’m planning to tackle a few projects inside the house and catch up on This Is Us. Stay warm my friends, and have a wonderful weekend.
