Good morning! I hope you all had a great week. Ours was pretty uneventful although I did get out Tuesday night for girls dinner with some of my childhood best friends. I don’t see them nearly as much as I would like, but we always pick right up and making time together is good for the soul. Other than that it was business as usual but a good week nonetheless. You guys, I just love Jen Hatmaker and her latest book Of Mess and Moxie is so so good. It’s funny, raw and honest and one so many of us can relate to. It’s for moms, grandmothers, sisters and daughters who’ve struggled with fear, anxiety or any other curve ball life throws our way. It’s laugh out loud funny and I found myself shaking my head yes so many times.

I recently finished The Light We Lost and loved it. It was a quick read and I finished it in no time at all. I would consider this to be the perfect beach read with its fast pace and engaging love story. As much as I loved the book I can’t say I cared for the characters all that much. That obviously didn’t change the way I felt about the story but consider this a heads up if you like characters you can root for.

I’ve been on the biggest cauliflower kick lately and this vegetarian curry  is calling my name.  Also this side dish.

I can’t wait to give this snack bar a try.
