I’m keeping things short and sweet this morning as we are Disney bound in just a few short hours and I need to finish packing. We’ve been counting down the months, weeks and days for this trip and we’re all so excited it’s finally here. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and for those who are celebrating, HAPPY EASTER!
I finished reading Wonder this week and oh my goodness, I loved it. I think this is an important read for all school aged kids and I plan to reread it with my own kids one day. A friend of mine told me she saw an interview with the author on one of the nightly shows. In the interview she explains what inspired her to write this book and I want to go back and try to watch it myself.
Every year around this time I start craving all things carrot cake. I have my eye on these raw carrot bars with coconut butter icing.
These roasted carrots will make a beautiful addition to your Spring dinner table.
