Happy New Year. I hope you all had a wonderful holiday and kicking of 2019 in the best way you see fit. I’m feeling a renewed energy on the blog front and I’ve been writing and testing recipes all week long. I even set up a new Instagram account, since I lost my previous one and could not find it for the life of me. Gosh I’m the worst when it comes to technology. Anyway, here it is if you would like to follow me.
I finished reading One Day in December, our January book club pic. I fun and quick read and while parts were laugh out loud funny, I also found myself reaching for the tissues a time or two.
I can definitely get behind this paleo chicken and broccoli casserole.
I listened to Reborn on the Run on my Hoopla app, about a woman’s journey from addiction to ultramarathons. I was not familiar with the author, Carta Corbett, prior to reading this book, but I enjoy reading memoirs and her story is definitely interesting.
