Grilled Peach Salad with Honey Balsamic Dressing

  • 5 cups mixed greens
  • 2-3 peaches, halved
  • 4oz. goat cheese
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • Dressing
  • ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  1. Heat your grill. Place the peach halves on the hot grill face down and cook until peaches are softened and grill marks appear, about 4 to 5 minutes. When peaches are grilled, set aside and allow them to cool to room temperature.
  2. Arrange the peaches cut side up over a bed of mixed greens on a serving platter. Top with, pecans and goat cheese and drizzle with honey balsamic syrup.
