Honey Chia Oatmeal

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup almond milk (or other preferred milk)
  • half a banana, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
  1. Add oats, milk and banana slices to a pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer (3-5 minutes). Stir often.
  2. Mix in the chia seeds and honey, continuing to stir another minute or so
