Toasted Honey Pecan Butter

  • 2 cups Raw Pecans
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • dash cinnamon
  1. Pour pecans in a large skillet and toast, stirring often, over medium heat till lightly brown 4-8 minutes
  2. Pour toasted pecans in a food processor and blend for approximately 10 minutes. Scrape down sides of bowl as needed.
  3. Add sea salt, cinnamon and honey. Blend again, taste, and add more salt or cinnamon if needed
  4. Pour into a glass jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator.
