Crock-Pot Shredded Buffalo Chicken

  • 4 chicken breast
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ¾ Cup Franks hot sauce
  1. In crock pot combine chicken and the broth. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours
  2. Remove chicken from pot, reserving ½ cup of the broth and discard the rest. Shred the chicken (using two forks is easiest). Place chicken back into the crock pot with ½ cup of broth and the hot sauce. Turn heat down to low and cook an additional 30 minutes to an hour.
