Curried Chicken Salad

  • 3 whole chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 cup diced apples (1 small apple)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  1. Start by cooking the chicken, if it isn't already cooked. If you are shredding the chicken using a food processor use the bowl as your mixing bowl.
  2. Add the shredded chicken to a large bowl. Add in the other ingredients and mix until well combined. Add additional salt and pepper as needed.
