- 1½ cups frozen strawberries or blueberries (You can also do a mixture of both)
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- 1 teaspoon jam (strawberry or blueberry)
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth.
