PB&J Smoothie

  • 1½ cups frozen strawberries or blueberries (You can also do a mixture of both)
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  • 1 teaspoon jam (strawberry or blueberry)
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth.
