Honey-Lavender Granola

Ingredients
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ⅔ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon dried lavender
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¾ cup golden raisins
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl mix together the oats, seeds, almonds, coconut, lavender and sea salt.
  3. In a separate bowl mix together the honey and vanilla. Pour wet ingredients in with the dry, mixing till evenly coated.
  4. Spread mixture on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through
  6. Lower heat to 200 degrees. Bake another 10 minutes.
  7. Store in an air tight container for one week or so.
