Gingerbread Protein Balls

Ingredients
  • ½ cup smooth natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • ¼ cup agave
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ⅓ cup Sunwarrior vanilla protein Powder
  • 1½ cups old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup ground flaxseeds
Directions
  1. In a bowl add peanut butter, molasses, and agave. Mix well.
  2. Add protein powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and oats. Mix until well blended and mixture forms a dough.
  3. Roll into balls and set on a baking sheet. Place balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to harden.
  4. Keep the protein balls in a sealed container and store in the fridge or freezer.
