Granola Frozen Yogurt Bark

  • 32 oz. container Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup granola
  • ⅓ cup dried cranberries
  1. In a small bowl mix together the honey and yogurt.
  2. Spread the mixture into the bottom of a 10 x 10"" pan (or other similar sized square pan) that has been covered in aluminum foil.
  3. Sprinkle the granola and dried cherries over the top of the yogurt, slightly pressing it into the yogurt with your hands.
  4. Freeze for about 1 hour, or until completely frozen.
  5. Remove from freezer, and cut into slices(makes about a dozen but some pieces may break apart like chocolate bark will ). Serve immediately, or keep in freezer in a freezer-safe bag or container for up to 30 days.
