Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

  • 1 lb. organic chicken tenders
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 egg
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees
  2. Whisk the egg in one bowl and add the almond flour and nutritional yeast to another. Mix the flour and yeast together.
  3. Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper and place into the bowl with the egg to coat. You may need to work with a few pieces at a time.
  4. Place the chicken from the egg whites and add to the bowl with the flour mixture. Turn until both sides are fully coated.
  5. Place the tenders inside of the basket and cook for 8 minutes. Remove and serve.
